Announcing our Long-Term Subscriber Broadband Discount

It would seem that “new customers” always get free this, or free that, or discounts to sign up for a particular service.    The loyal, long-term customer doesn’t seem to get recognized for their loyalty except maybe at an occasional customer appreciation day.   Plainview Telephone would like to try something different to show our appreciation for customers who have been continuous subscribers to our Broadband (Internet) service for 2 years or longer.   On January 1^st of 2010, you will be eligible for, and we will automatically show a discount on your bill of $2.00 per month  if you have been a continuous Broadband (Internet) Subscriber for 2 years or longer on a Bronze or Silver package.  

Additionally;

 If you have been a continuous subscriber of the Silver Broadband package for 5 years or longer, you will receive a $5.00 per month  discount for your Broadband service.    

 If you have been a continuous subscriber of the Gold Broadband package for 2 years you will receive a $5.00 discount per month, if 5 years or longer, you will receive a $10.00 per month  discount for your Broadband service.    

If you have been a continuous subscriber of the Platinum  Broadband package for 2 years you will receive a $10.00 discount per month, for 5 years or longer, you will receive a $20.00 per month  discount for your Broadband service

Retain your eligibility:
If a subscriber would ever want to "downgrade" to a lower  level package without disconnecting service, the customer will still retain their credit for years of continuous service at the lower eligible discount rate.
